Control capabilities include lighting, air flow, cooling, and heating...in whatever combination is specified for a specific facility or application.

Like the distribution equipment in an IFS, industry-leading Johnson Controls systems are prewired and ready for plug-in installation. They're also provided with the correct length and type of prewired cable for connection to controlled equipment, helping to make installation quicker, easier, and consistent.

Factory Preprogramming

With Customer Reset Capability This important feature means that as soon as the plug-in connections are made and the system energized, the controls begin their work automatically...providing the specified control of lighting, HVAC, and other equipment.

IFS provides a manager, via a security password, with the capability to remotely adjust controls should the necessity arise.

 

Remote Monitoring Feature Provides Facility Security

All alarms can be monitored 24 hours a day via a central monitoring station. In the event of an emergency or critical alarm, a designated customer contact is notified via Internet or fax. Alarms indicating required maintenance can be forwarded on a timely basis.

 

Early Warning Features Help Maintain Optimum Control

Built-in system heat/cool diagnostic features provide advance information to the facility manager if a sensor is detected to be unreliable or out-of-range, when air filters need to be changed, or if temperature variances are detected in the heating or cooling equipment.
