JD OEM is a subsidiary of JD North America, a division of the JD Group... an established, vertically integrated, prime manufacturer of engines, located approximately three hours north east of Shanghai, China. Founded in 1945, with quality and engineering serving as its foundation, the JD Group manufactures approximately 3.2 million gasoline and diesel engines per year, and has aggregate sales of $1.5 billion dollars. Its research and technical division have garnered 116 global patents. JD Groups annual growth rate is just over 20%. All of these make JD one of the 500 largest publicly traded companies in China.
