Repair / Condition Report

Upon purchase inspection, we completed the following:

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean. 

• Transmission filter and hydraulic filter were cut open and checked for contaminates and they were clean. 

• Both differentials and wheel planataries were checked as well and they were clean. 

• The Caterpillar dealer REBUILT the cylinder head installed at 11468 hours.

Following are the repairs completed at 13146 hours:

• As a precaution a NEW Cat "OR" oil pump was installed.

• NEW main, rod and thrust bearings were installed.

• NEW wheel seal was installed on the right rear final drive.

• Replaced the rear axle assembly oil with NEW SAE50 oil.

• Transmission was serviced and NEW TO430 oil was used.

• Checked the transmission strainer and it was clean.

• NEW air filter indicator was installed.

• Checked the air conditioning system for proper operation.

• Replaced the brake hoses.

• Replaced two pilot lines in the articulation section.

• Checked and greased all universal joints.

• Replaced the alternator to starter cable.

• Replaced the engine oil and atmospheric pressure sensor and recalibrated.

• REBUILT the starter motor.

• Checked all grease lines.

• Cleaned the heater motor fans.

• Installed NEW wiper blades.

• Installed a NEW wiper motor.

• All miscellaneous repairs have been completed and this unit is now ready to go.
