Repair / Condition Report

Upon purchase inspection, we completed the following:

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates. It was clean.

• Transmission filter was cut open and checked and it was also clean.

• Hydraulic filter was cut open as well and was clean.

• Checked the torque converter stall speed and it is within Caterpillar specifications.

• Checked all the transmission pressures and they are all within Caterpillar specifications.

• Removed and REBUILT the rear differential.

• One NEW sun gear was installed on the right side.

• Two NEW planatary gears and NEW thrust bearings were installed on the right side.

• NEW bearings were installed on the right and left side of the differential.

• Resealed both final drives.

• REBUILT the transmission oil pump.

• Installed three NEW transmission hoses.

• Installed NEW universal joints on the drive shaft.

Following are the repairs completed by the Caterpillar dealer:

• Removed and REBUILT the transmission 10,050 hours ago.

• Removed and REBUILT the engine 7913 hours ago.

• Cylinder head, 6 liner packs, turbo charger, oil pump, water pump, air compressor, fuel pump, air to fuel ratio control, oil cooler, starter, alternator, nozzles/injectors, NEW thermostat, replaced hoses and belts, all NEW bearings/gaskets and seals and dyno tested the engine.

• Removed and REBUILT the torque converter 7913 hours ago.

• Installed a NEW engine wiring harness 7913 hours ago.

• REBUILT the steering and brake pump 7913 hours ago.

• Further details will be added once our reconditioning process is completed.
