Repair / Condition Report

9775 Hours - ECM Idle Hours: 3514

Upon purchase inspection, we completed the following:

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

• Transmission filter and strainer were checked and they were both clean.

• Hydraulic filters were clean as well.

• Both differential oil levels were good and clean.

• All four wheel planataries were also clean.

Following is a list of repairs and maintenance completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 9772 hours:

• Resealed both steering cylinders.

• Resealed blade lift cylinder.

• Checked the rear axle oscillation and it was good.

• Checked the center articulation and it was also good.

• Load tested the batteries and they were good.

• NEW pins and bearings installed on both steering cylinders and line bored the rod end.

• Checked all the grease lines.

• Checked the accumulator charge.

• NEW AM/FM radio was installed.

• Repaired the windshield washer.

• Line bored the front frame mounts for the blade and installed NEW bearings.

• Line bored blade arms and installed NEW bearings and pins.

• This unit has been sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed.

• This unit was Caterpillar dealer maintained and all records including oil samples are available.

• NEW turbo charger was installed by the Caterpillar dealer at 8700 hours.

• NEW alternator was installed at 6000 hours by the Caterpillar dealer.

• This is an exceptionally clean and well maintained compactor that is ready to work.
