Repair / Condition Report

• Upon purchase inspection, this unit was serviced and checked over.

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

• Hydraulic filter was also cut open and was also clean.

• Transmission filter was cut open as well and was clean. The suction strainer was checked and a bit of clutch disc material was found.

• Both differential oil levels were good and oils were clean.

• All four wheel planatary final drives were also clean.

Following are the repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 8677 hours:

• Removed the transmission and torque converter.

Transmission

• All NEW bearings were installed.

• All NEW seals and gaskets were installed.

• NEW second gear clutch discs were installed.

Torque Converter

• All NEW bearings and seals were installed.

• A NEW transmission oil cooler was installed.

• NEW steering pins and bearings were installed.

• Resealed the steering cylinders.

• NEW cab door shock was installed.

• Installed NEW roller bearings on both swing away fenders.

• Checked all lights, backup alarm, wipers, heater, AC, etc. for proper operation.

• Checked all grease lines and greased unit.

• A NEW wiper control switch was installed.

• NEW seals installed on the transfer case.

• Checked and set all exhaust and intake valves and installed NEW valve cover gaskets.

• Installed a REBUILT turbo charger.

• Checked and calibrated all hydraulic pressures.

• This compactor is now mechanically ready to go.

• Photos will be updated once we have sandblasted, primed, painted and detailed this unit.
