We are a stocking distributor of plastic sheets, rods, and profiles. We also manufacture plastic machined parts, plastic welded fabrications and bulk material polymer lining systems. Our experienced team of employees are committed to being a trustworthy and reliable plastics supplier that cares about our customers needs.
PEEK is a great choice for a bearing and wear material up to 480° F (250° C). Available in several grades for use in food grade, semi-conductor, or in harsh environments as replacement parts for seal rings and bushings. PEEK is unaffected by hot water or steam and has very low moisture absorption.
In food processing where corrosive cleaning solutions are used, or high heat processing areas where food-grade compliance and material that is resistant to staining are key - Ertalyte makes a great choice.
TIVAR H.O.T.® (High Operating Temperature) is superior ultra high molecular weight sheet that is extremely tough as well as having an increased heat resistance for high temperature applications. Tivar H.O.T can handle heat up to 275° F, which is nearly 100° F higher than competing UHMW-PE formulations.
Polycarbonate sheet, is a clear solid sheet combining impact strength and cost-effectiveness with greater impact resistance over acrylics. Humidity changes have little effect on it however standard polycarbonate can yellow over time with exposure to UV.
Mach1 UHMPE is a standout performer and sets the standard for general purpose engineered plastic applications. It combines wear, low friction, corrosion resistance and impact strength in a cost-effective sheet that excels in every industry. Mach1 retains key physical properties in sub-zero temperatures and is resistant to chemical attack.
Linerloks are a low profile, non-destructive (no holes through the substrate) method for fastening a polymer liner to the substrate. They are placed inside the countersunk holes on the panel. If you are installing a Smooth Move lining kit these hole profiles will already be in the proper locations on the sheet. If you are drilling your own liner, two-stage Linkerlok tools are available. Linerloks or Weld washers are typically used when there is no access to the backside of the unit being lined and/or you are installing a thin liner and need a low profile fastener. A weld pool is created in the inside hole of the LinerLok bonding the fastener to the surface of the substrate. After the Linerlok is installed the top will be 1/4" off the surface of the steel.
Customers purchase QuickSilver™ so their trucks never have to refuse a load. This makes it easy for fleets who have many trucks on the road and need to coordinate loads. QuickSilver™ high temperature liners have proven their worth in the industry over the years and continued to improve their performance. In recent years, QuickSilver™ has increased their ability to handle even higher heat as well as reducing the co-efficient of friction for an even slipperier liner.
FiberSteel Polygrid grating is a replacement for standard steel or galvanized grating. Its distinct advantage lies within its ability to be used safely for a long period in highly corrosive chemical applications, compared with steel which will corrode and deteriorate, causing a safety hazard.
Easily formed and fabricated polypropylene is a great choice for many applications across the food and beverage, industrial and manufacturing industries. Fire truck tanks can be welded and fabricated from the co-poly to resist cracking and provide a lightweight alternative to metal which may corrode.
In fast-paced kitchen, restaurant and food prep areas where cleanliness and efficiency are top priorities, you need a premium, durable cutting board material that withstands the test of time. With a pebbled surface that’s easy on cutting blades, Sanalite is a great option for food and beverage and industrial applications where NSF, FDA and Canada Ag standards matter.
