Personnel Carrier Configurations

The MC150 can be modified to transport 3 - 11 people underground, with or without ROPS / FOPS canopies. The ride is safe, comfortable and quick.

 

Loader Configurations

The MC150 can be fitted with a versatile front loader option that uses quick-attach connections to easily mount lift forks, remote-controlled man-up baskets, and buckets.

 

Cable Reeler Configurations

Electricians find the MC150 equipped with a spooling cable reel particularly useful for installing cable for pumps, jumbos, and other electrical equipment. The spooling device can pay out cable or retrieve it from the operator's position. This underground cable reeler can handle a variety of different reel sizes.

 

Backhoe Configurations

The MC150 can be equipped with a versatile but rugged backhoe for ditching and excavating rock for the lifter holes on a face to be blasted.

 

Aerial Boom/ANFO/Emulsion Configurations

The MC150 has superior dynamic load capacity, making it ideal as a small, efficient mining ANFO loader with a capacity up to 2000 lbs. The rugged heavy duty hydraulic pumps can easily handle the requirements of the ANFO loader and a manlift platform positioned on the aerial boom. The versatile MC150 can also be equipped as an emulsion explosives vehicle, with loading equipment and front end lift forks.

 

Forklift Configurations

A popular option for the MC150 is the front or rear forklift mast with fold-up forks. The underground forklift is available in a variety of lift capacities and lift heights.

 

Scissor Lift Configurations

Ventilation ducts and fans are easily maintained and moved using a hydraulically operated scissor lift on the rear of the MC150. The rig can be fitted with hydraulic jacks to help level the work platform on uneven terrain.

 

Service Vehicle Configurations

The MC150 can be equipped with a versatile crane attachment for servicing vehicles and lifting heavy components.

 

Shotcrete Configurations

The MC150 can be offered as a mining shotcreter with a spray boom and all the apparatus required for a shotcrete operation. The shotcrete sprayer comes equipped with either a tethered or wireless remote control system. The shotcreter spray arm has a swing of 240 degrees and is equipped with a fully oscillating spray head.

 

Cab Configurations

The MC150 can be fitted with a totally enclosed cab with air conditioning and/or heating for extreme temperature fluctuations found in mining environments. Cab units also feature optional sliding windows.
