Conveyor Belt Guide Idlers

Guide Idlers are used to protect the belt edges and flanges from damage if the belt tracks off. Available in single, double, triple, etc.
Protect Belt Edges and Flanges – by placing the Guide Idlers prior to changes in the direction of the conveyor belt as it travels over the pulleys and / or deflection wheels.
Designed and Built in Standard Sizes – that are 2½” (62.5mm), 5” (125mm), and 6” (150mm) diameter rollers with tapered roller bearings and 4” (100mm) face lengths.
Assists in training – prior to change in belt direction
