Our range of flocculants performs very well in a variety of solid/liquid separation technologies, resulting in optimized dewatering and higher cake solids.They are ideal for sludge thickening and dewatering with centrifuges, chamber filters, membrane filters, belt filters, disk thickeners and static thickening and help municipalities produce high-quality drinking water and ensure that wastewater is environmentally safe.
APPLICATIONS
Praestol™, Zetag™ and Magnafloc* LT flocculants are water-soluble polyelectrolytes. The flocculants are electrically charged to bond with solid particles in aqueous suspensions or slurries. The particles then flocculate to form macroflocs, which easily separate from the suspension.
Solenis flocculants can be used wherever effective solid/liquid separation is desired to accelerate the sedimentation, dewatering or flotation of suspended solid particles.
