Brüel & Kjær has a wide range of noise monitoring terminals covering permanent installations, mobile units and portable solutions as well as hardware components for integration into existing systems such as general-purpose environmental monitoring terminals or environmental enclosures for highly-specific needs. The terminals can be remotely operated by a range of environmental noise monitoring and management software. The overall design focus of the portfolio is based on optimised up-time, ensuring minimal loss of data, and a modular philosophy that ensures that the component parts are widely used by our customers, ensuring that the products are optimised for use through interaction with and listening to our customers’ requirements and feedback.

Noise Instrumentation
Brüel & Kjær’s range of Noise Monitoring Terminals are designed for external use, in all climatic conditions, ensuring unattended noise monitoring system with minimal loss of data.
 
The basic function of the system is to measure the environmental noise at fixed points and, in addition, non-fixed/mobile points. Brüel & Kjær’s range of noise monitoring terminals ensure state of the art monitoring equipment. They are mainly designed to monitor environmental noise from airports and similar areas with a high degree of noise exposure. The terminals can perform its tasks in very varied conditions and the design allows for unattended outdoor use in all-climatic environments.
