HR300 Horizontal Resaw

The HR300 is a heavy-duty horizontal resaw with a durable design that efficiently resaws cants into extremely accurate lumber, siding, and more. With a large 10" x 25" cant capacity, the HR300 features heavy-duty construction and a steel belt conveyor to ensure durability and dependability for high-production lumber processing operations.

 

Operation

 

Electric-powered up/down controls ensure accurate height positioning of the resaw head when setting cut thickness. Once the head is adjusted for the cut, the blade is engaged for resawing material into two pieces with each pass. Cants and boards up to 10" wide and 25" high are placed on the durable steel belt conveyor with a variable feed adjustment from 0 - 100 feet per minute for optimal processing of various sized and type of material. Angled side rollers continuously drive material down against the conveyor belt as it moves through the machine. For additional processing, material is returned to the conveyor and fed through the resaw until finished. An optional table assembly with three roller tables assist with material flow when additional processing of material is required. The resaw head is easily adjusted and can be positioned at 0°, 2°, 4°, 6°, or 8° in order to produce straight cut boards or angled siding. An optional pressurized blade lubrication system prevents pitch, sawdust, or debris build up.
