Draeger Safety Canada

Emergency Escape

Life-threatening situations can occur in seconds - be it a sudden occurrence of dangerous gases or fires. Dräger offers you a broad range of rescue and escape devices - from filtering escape devices, such as escape hoods, to compressed air escape devices and oxygen self rescuers. Dräger also offers rescue packs for firefighters to support the rescue of people from dangerous situations. Also, we have developed protective chambers and rooms which are used, e.g. in mining and tunnelling. The Dräger rescue vehicles ensure a safe transport of mine rescue teams and equipment closer to the incident.

Robust and always under control: the oxygen self-rescuers Dräger Oxy® 3000 and 6000 MK II are designed to handle the harshest conditions. The Safety Eye provides an additional level of security: the status window allows the user to assess whether the device is operational within seconds.

Specially designed for demanding tasks, The Dräger PSS® BG 4 plus closed-circuit breathing apparatus combines uncompromising safety with outstanding respiratory protection and wearer comfort. Innovative in design, it provides the wearer with up to four hours of breathing air in toxic environments.
