Formed U-Trough Liners (Standard and Full Coverage)

Points to note:
• The products customer is conveying will not stick to liners, so you will eliminate bridging (hang-up problems)
• Product will flow easier because of lower coefficient of friction
• In turn means less power to convey product which:
• Saves wear and tare on Drive systems
• Saves Energy
• Saves down time
• Less waste
• Saves you Money
Reasons for 4 foot lengths:
• Liners can ship by courier instead of common carrier which lessens freight costs
• 4 foot lengths are easier to install
• You will notice less buckling between fasteners (less expansion and contraction)
We have full coverage liners which mean the liners go all way up the top of the U-trough, and we have standard coverage which means the liners only go so many inches above the centre line of the U-trough. (This is our most popular) Our Standard thicknesses for U-trough Liners are 3/16”, ¼”, and 3/8” however we can also do ½”, 5/8”, ¾” and 1”
