POWERCRETER SHOTCRETE PUMPS

Many design characteristics makes Allentown’s Powercreters the ideal concrete spraying machine. The S-Valve design gives the operator the benefits of reversing the stroke for relieving pressure due to plugs, pumping difficult low slump or fiber mixes and lowering maintenance costs. The Powercreter’s material cylinders and variable, smooth hydraulics allow extremely controlled low output for specialized applications. It maintains much of its output pressure when reducing to smaller diameter conveying lines - something larger cylinder concrete pumps cannot do.

Allentown provides a whole family of Powercreter shotcrete products. An exciting new development in pumping technology, the Powercreter 7’s high performance is now coupled with the low operating costs of S-Valve pumps. This makes the Powercreter 7 an ideal compact solution for small wet-process refractory applications. With 3" material cylinders and variable, smooth hydraulics, the Powercreter 10 allows extremely controlled low output for specialized applications. For mid-range pumping requirements, the versatile Powercreter 20 can be fed by a ready mix truck, on-site mixer, optional integrated batch mixer or continuous mixer. For a complete solution, the Powercreter Magnum integrates a 10 cubic ft mixer that dumps directly into the pump’s hopper and conveys low slump concrete and packaged high-performance materials over long distances.
