Compact NLGI-0 automatic lubrication system with cartridge
CompAlube is excellent for a smaller number of lubrication points: fifth wheels, steered axles, loading cranes or tail lifts. With its compact design, this product can fit on a wide variety of applications. The control unit, pump and metering units are integrated into one system. The practical cartridge takes little time to replace and can be done on the road. CompAlube is the perfect solution for up to a maximum of 19 lubrication points.

Metering units
The amount of grease per lubrication point is determined by the type of metering unit: grease can be adjusted for each lubrication point.
Lines
Lines create the connection between the metering units and the lubrication points: tubing is used for each application (flexible hoses/strong steel pipes).
Electronic timer
CompAlube has an electronic timer to determines the interval and duration of a lubrication cycle: this can be set to customer specifications.
Pneumatic pump with brake counter
Trailers do not always have a constant power supply and the interval of the components to be lubricated often depends on the number of brake actions. This is why Groeneveld provides a pneumatic pump with brake counter. The number of brake actions needed to start a lubrication cycle can be set according to customer needs.
Grease pressure indicator
The grease pressure indicator shows whether the system is pressurized.
User-friendly cartridge concept
CompAlube features a unique 1.8-litre cartridge, containing GreenLube EP-0 grease and can be customized for the most common applications. The cartridge is easy to replace and we'll provide a three year warranty when using GreenLube Grease.
System overview
A pneumatic CompAlube automatic lubrication system consists of these components:
- Pump unit: Pneumatic grease pump, Grease cartridge, Control unit (pneumatic brake counter or electronic timer), Metering units and Grease pressure indicator
- Grease lines from the metering units to the individual lubrication points
- Air supply for the pump
- Brake counter (if installed)
