Bottom Dump Skip

Design Features
• Bail type frame provides a long service life in rough shaft conditions.
• Design lends itself to integral man cage built into top of skip.
• Bucket discharge is complete since the entire bucket bottom is open during the dumping cycle.

General Construction Ball
• Aluminium plate and structural shapes for main components.
• All steel safety mechanism, rope attachments, bucket supports and pivot components.

Bucket
• All aluminium bucket with channel or flat bar stiffeners.
• Steel pivot shaft bearings c/w bronze bushings, steel dump roller brackets, ductile iron dump rollers complete with • Timken bearings and reinforced steel floor hinges.
• Where hoisting capacity permits, all steel buckets may be substituted.
• Aluminium and steel buckets are completely lined with A.R.S. or 400 BHN steel plates with a wooden cushion under • the floor liner.
 
Bucket floor
• Fabricated from aluminium, steel or a combination of both.
• Steel hinges, pivot components come complete with bronze bushings.
• Alloy steel shafts and pins.
 
Shaft Guidance
• Wabi design spring loaded guide rollers (recommended for high hoisting speeds).
• Pneumatic or Polyurethane wheels available as design requires.
• Other guide roller adjustment designs available, such as serrated plates or eccentric axle adjustments.
