The CSS series device has been designed to handle medium voltages for construction projects. These electrical substations are commonly used in mining and tunneling applications, CSS can distribute electricity over long distances.

The CSS size allows the installation of a higher power transformer, up to 5 MVA. The 20 'and 40' containers conform to standard ISO dimensions for easy transport by ship or truck.
Using standard voltages of 6.6 kV, 11 kV and 22 kV, the design allows the user to provide power to the entire construction site and high voltage through power supplies. PBE's CSS series container substation is suitable for a variety of environments. Each power substation is designed according to the required specification.

Transformer
The robust design of the substation allows it to be installed in harsh environments, and access to the incoming and outgoing power supplies, as well as to the mains feeder, is plug and play.
MV electrical construction
The CSS conforms to international standards and can be configured as "Single Incoming" or "Incoming through" and a transformer source allowing distribution from the HT and LT ends. Custom assemblies are available according to customer requirements.

Natural ventilation is achieved with suitable slats covered with insect screens
