With its 70 years of experience and know-how, MLT Minet Lacing Technology is the European specialist of conveyor belts splicing solutions.

We vulcanize cleats with the same rubber quality as the belt (abrasive, oil & grease resistant). These cleats, which work under very high constraints, are stronger than if set with adhesive. We have a wide range of cleat moulds : block, T, half-moon, rectangular. 

MLT is specialized in Technical Special belts. It is impossible to list the whole range of belt we can manufacture because we study each inquiry.

Our power transmission belts are flat, with Rayon or Aramid carcass. They run up to 60 m/s on very small roll diameters. 
They are used for transmission, but also as tube winding belts.

Cable drawing belts are used in caterpillar or capstan machines after cable extrusion. Our cable drawing belts are manufactured on demand, with high strength up to 2 500 N/mm. They are used by cable, rubber tube, high density cured polyethylene manufacturers.

We vulcanize some standard belts with raw rubbers (from 40 to 80 shA), giving them special shapes. More resistant than with adhesive, our belts are perfect for extreme applications. 

As defined by their name, these belts are used in food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. Our belts are perfect for extreme applications: deboner belts, juice, soup producing machines. All our food belts are vulcanized from a certified FDA/USDA crude rubber and & delivered with a certificate of guarentee. 

These belts are used in tumblasting machine to clean foundry pieces after furnace unload. In order to resist to these constraints, our belts are manufactured with a very high resistant rubber (abrasion index of 50 mm3), which is really important to bear with the sand blastings up to 656 feet/second. Our holes are completely cylindrical in order to maximize the sand evacuation. Cleats, guides & treads are integraly moulded.

Thrower/Slinger belts run under very high speeds (from 33 to 66 feet/second), under inflexion rollers & very harsh conditions. A belt vulcanized by heat performs less efficently! Our belts are manufactured spliceless to resist to these extreme conditions of use. They are used for loading or unloading boats, trains with cereals, fertilizers, sand, fine gravel, potash, waste, etc. in flat silos, mines (for example gypsum).
