BERGQUIST LIQUI FORM TLF LF3500 is a silicone-based, thermally conductive, liquid gel interface material specially formulated to provide low applied stress, long-term reliability, and excellent thermal performance.

BERGQUIST® LIQUI FORM TLF LF3500 is a one-part, highly conformable gel material with natural tack, ensuring it forms around components and stays in place during and after application. The material is a pre-cured, one-part system that offers exceptional chemical and mechanical stability and doesn’t require any mixing or refrigeration.
