Tivar Ceram P is an outstanding performer in applications marked by high load, high speed and severe sliding abrasion. Its high tensile strength and wear resistance, due to its ceramic modifiers, have been successful in the lumber, paper, and agricultural industries. Ceram P is coloured green to set it apart from the other Tivar products.
Tivar Ceram P is manufactured by Quadrant EPP with virgin polymer and premium additives including ceramic. Ceram P is a shatter-resistant alternative to sintered ceramics. Ceram P can also be used as bearing pads, wire belt pulleys and wear strips.
The following Tivar Ceram P plate thicknesses are in stock and ready to ship: 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2". Standard sheet size is 4 x 10. We can cut to any size you require; you only pay for what you need!
