Repair / Condition Report

13470 - ECM Idle Hours: 4010

Upon purchase inspection, we completed the following:

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates and it was clean.

• Transmission and hydraulic filters were both clean.

• Both differential oil levels were good and oils were clean.

• All four wheel planataries were also clean and levels were good.

The following are the repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 13470 hours:

• Engine oil pan was seeping so we installed a NEW pan gasket.

• While the pan was off we took the opportunity to install NEW Cat standard main, rod and thrust bearings.

• Inspected the engine oil pump.

• Installed a NEW starter relay.

• Removed and resealed the transmission pump.

• Installed a NEW rocker arm box gasket and valve cover gaskets.

• Installed NEW horns.

• Installed a NEW emergency shut off switch.

• Installed a NEW torque converter output shaft seal.

• Installed NEW radiator level sight glass.

• Installed a NEW radio.

• Removed and resealed the fan drive pump.

• Removed and resealed the axle oil pump.

• Resealed left lift cylinder.

• Calibrated all loader functions.

• Checked the ride control accumulator pressure and it was good.

• Repaired any miscellaneous leaks.

• This unit is now job ready.
