Product Highlights
The ZW180PL-5 has been developed to have a positive impact on both safety and sustainability: the variable geometry turbocharger – that encourages optimal combustion – and cooled-EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) helps to reduce nitrous oxide levels, and, the maintenance-free Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (D.O.C.) reduces particulate matter (PM) from engine exhaust.
It can operate in two modes to ensure lower fuel consumption and maximise productivity: Standard mode is for regular duties such as loading materials, and P mode is chosen for more demanding tasks such as heavy-duty digging.
The 6.7 litre (408.9 in³) six-cylinder water-cooled turbo engine enables a powerful digging performance, impressive travel speeds and benefits from excellent fuel consumption.
Daily inspections can be carried out quickly and easily, which increases the availability of the ZW180PL-5 on site.
