Beyond Lithium Closes $250,000 Private Placement

Dec 31, 2024

Beyond Lithium Inc. has announced the completion of its previously disclosed non-brokered private placement, raising $250,000 through the issuance of 5,000,000 units. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant allows the holder to acquire an additional share at a price of $0.10 within 24 months.

The proceeds from the offering will be allocated to general corporate and working capital purposes.

“We are excited to complete this financing as we continue advancing our lithium exploration portfolio in Ontario,” said a spokesperson for Beyond Lithium. “This funding supports our commitment to generating value while maintaining a project generator business model to minimize shareholder dilution.”

In connection with the offering, Beyond Lithium paid eligible third-party finders:

$17,500 in cash commissions, equivalent to 7% of proceeds raised through their efforts.

350,000 broker warrants, exercisable for 24 months at $0.05 per share.

The issued securities are subject to a four-month hold period, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The securities were not registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and are not available for sale in the United States without proper exemptions or registration.
