Call for nominations

While our reality has shifted during this unprecedented pandemic, mining remains a constant in the Canadian landscape. Mining companies continue to deliver domestic and global resources, provide livelihoods for employees, partner with local communities, contribute to northern economies and trade with other nations. It is important that we recognize the excellence in the Canadian mineral exploration and mining industry.

Do you know an individual who deserves to be recognized for their leadership in the Canadian mineral exploration and mining industry? 

The Canadian Mining Hall of Fame has issued the call for nominations of individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in mining. Nominees must have shaped Canada’s global leadership in mining and embody the important role mining plays in Canadian society and as a driver of our economy. 

Nominees who are selected for induction will enter the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. Please contact us or another member association by June 1 to have your nominee included.
