Dryden Gold Highlights Historic High-Grade Gold Results at Sherridon Project

Oct 23, 2024

Dryden Gold Corp. (“Dryden Gold” or the “Company”) has released promising historical data and outlined results from its 2024 summer field campaign at the Sherridon Project, located in the southern region of its Dryden, Ontario land holdings.

The Company has undertaken a comprehensive reinterpretation of historical drilling, sampling, and geophysical data to identify both immediate and long-term exploration targets. Following this analysis, Dryden completed a phased mapping program across the Sherridon Property and has begun re-logging selected historic drill holes.

Key Highlights from the Sherridon Project:

• A total of 96 historic surface samples were collected from quartz veins within variably sheared and silicified pillowed mafic volcanic rocks, with multiple intercepts over 30 g/t and five samples exceeding 100 g/t gold.

• The highest-grade surface sample returned 617.00 g/t gold.

• Twenty-six historic drill holes, completed in 2010 and 2012, targeted an IP anomaly, with visible gold intersected in seven of the ten holes from the first drilling program.

• Dryden Gold is in the process of relocating and re-logging these historic holes, with additional sampling planned for selective intervals.

• A comprehensive mapping and sampling program over the Sherridon Property was completed in the summer of 2024, with assay results pending.

• In addition, Dryden Gold recently expanded its land holdings with the acquisition of the Shear Gold Claims, further enhancing its strategic footprint in the area.

“Our summer fieldwork at the Sherridon Property has provided us with an exciting opportunity to revisit and expand on historic results in this highly prospective region,” said Trey Wasser, CEO of Dryden Gold. “The historical data, including several high-grade intercepts over 30 g/t gold and surface assays as high as 617 g/t, underscore the tremendous potential of the property. With the recent acquisition of the Shear Gold Claims near Sherridon, we are strategically expanding our exploration footprint and positioning ourselves for both near- and long-term growth.”

Dryden Gold continues to assess the potential of the Sherridon Project as it builds a robust exploration strategy in one of Ontario’s most promising gold regions.
