Dryden Gold Intersects 8.93 g/t over 12.45m Including 32.96 g/t Gold Over 2.73m at Elora
Dryden Gold Corp. has announced encouraging results from its Phase Five drill program at the Elora Gold System in Ontario’s Gold Rock Camp, highlighting the potential for deeper high-grade gold mineralization. The latest drill results reveal a wide, consistent high-grade intercept, marking the company’s most substantial findings to date as it explores new depths on the Elora Target.
Key Highlights from Phase Five Drill Program
• Hole KW-24-024 intersected the primary mineralized zone 190 meters from surface, yielding 8.93 g/t gold over 12.45 meters, including a high-grade interval of 32.96 g/t gold over 2.73 meters. A secondary hanging wall structure was also intercepted, returning 1.67 g/t gold over 2.75 meters, with a peak of 8.41 g/t gold over 0.43 meters. This intercept represents Dryden’s deepest and most consistently mineralized high-grade gold interval to date at the Elora Target.
• These findings build upon earlier drill results from holes KW-24-008 and KW-24-017, which yielded 14.10 g/t gold over 7.54 meters and 30.72 g/t gold over 5.70 meters, respectively.
• Based on these promising results, Dryden Gold has commenced a follow-up drill campaign at Elora, targeting further down-plunge and strike expansion to explore the depth potential of the Gold Rock Camp.
“We are pleased to see this wide intercept of disseminated high-grade gold as we test down plunge at Elora,” said Trey Wasser, CEO of Dryden Gold. “These results enhance our understanding of the high-grade mineralization controls and have identified a new gold-bearing hanging wall structure. We’ve demonstrated significant near-surface high-grade gold at Gold Rock Camp, and these results indicate that this system has the deep-rooted potential typical of Archean gold systems.”
Expanding Depth Potential
Dryden’s latest findings hint at the potential for a Red Lake-like depth profile in the Gold Rock Camp, an Archean gold system known for extending high-grade mineralization to nearly 2 kilometers. The company aims to show that the Elora Gold System’s geology supports similar depth potential, strengthening the prospects for a significant gold resource at Gold Rock Camp.
With further drilling underway to map the down-plunge and lateral expansion of high-grade zones, Dryden Gold is positioning itself to uncover the full potential of its flagship Elora Gold System.
