Goldshore expands high-grade Gold Zone at Moss Project

Mar 5, 2025

Goldshore Resources has unveiled new assay results from its 15,000-meter drill program at the Moss Gold Project in northwest Ontario, including first results from the Superion prospect, which is situated on the north side of the deposit. The latest drilling confirms high-grade gold mineralization at shallow depths, significantly expanding the deposit’s resource potential and reducing the overall strip ratio.

"We are very pleased with our first drill hole into the Superion target," said CEO Michael Henrichsen. "The high grades encountered at shallow depths extending mineralization 335 meters vertically upward from a deep 2022 intercept clearly demonstrate the potential for resource growth at Moss and could have a significant impact on the economic performance of the deposit moving forward."

Key Drill Highlights

Superion Target

  • First results from Superion have confirmed a new mineralized shear 60 meters from surface and 225 meters north of the QES Zone:

    • 17.6 meters of 3.03 g/t gold from 76.4 meters, including

    • 6.8 meters of 7.06 g/t gold from 79.1 meters.

  • Scout drilling continues in a sparsely tested 1,500m x 400m area north of the QES Zone. Previous deep intercepts confirmed mineralization at depth:

    • 16.0 meters of 2.69 g/t gold from 477 meters in MQD-22-014, including

    • 5.25 meters of 7.87 g/t gold from 477.75 meters.

Southwest Zone

  • Two of three drill holes extended mineralization toward surface:

    • 10.0 meters of 0.79 g/t gold from 50.0 meters in MMD-25-144.

    • 12.0 meters of 0.98 g/t gold from 76.0 meters, including 3.6 meters of 2.77 g/t gold.

    • 27.0 meters of 0.44 g/t gold from 32.0 meters in MMD-25-145.

    • 6.0 meters of 1.34 g/t gold from 141.0 meters, including 3.8 meters of 1.89 g/t gold.

Technical Overview

Drilling at Superion is targeting mineralized extensions north of the QES Zone, where a significant portion of the area within the conceptual open pit has been flagged as waste material. Any discoveries in this area could reduce the strip ratio and support an expansion of the QES conceptual open pit.

Hole MQD-25-148 was designed to test the up-dip potential of shears intersected in MQD-22-014, which previously returned 16.0 meters of 2.69 g/t gold at depth. The latest results confirm a high-grade interval of 17.6 meters of 3.03 g/t gold from 76.4 meters, including 6.80 meters of 7.06 g/t gold.

Drilling at the Southwest Zone continues to focus on resource expansion by infilling gaps in the model. Drilling at shallow depths between 100-200 meters will extend mineralized shear zones to the surface, while deeper drilling between 200-400 meters aims to expand the open-pit resource to a depth comparable to the Main-QES pit (~500 meters).

About Goldshore Resources

Goldshore is a growth-oriented gold company focused on advancing the Moss Gold Project in Ontario. The project is supported by excellent infrastructure, including direct highway access and hydroelectric power, and has undergone over 235,000 meters of drilling to date. A 2024 mineral resource estimate increased indicated resources to 1.54 million ounces of gold at 1.23 g/t and inferred resources to 5.20 million ounces at 1.11 g/t. With only 3.6 kilometers of the 35-kilometer mineralized trend explored, the Moss Gold Project remains one of the most significant Canadian gold deposits positioned for development in this cycle.
