Goldshore Extends Mineralization at Moss Gold Project

Goldshore Resources has reported promising results from its winter drill program at the Moss Gold Project in Northwest Ontario.
“We believe that the results from the first three holes prove our thesis that mineralization can be expanded within the top 100–200 meters from surface,” said Michael Henrichsen, CEO of Goldshore. “These results have the potential to enhance the ounce production profile in the first several years of mine life, improving the project’s economic performance. Importantly, the PEA currently being completed by G Mining Services represents a conservative case, as it will not include results from the winter drill program.”
Highlights include intercepts from Hole MMD-24-133 at the eastern end of the Southwest Zone under Snodgrass Lake, which expanded the width and grade of mineralized shears. Key findings:
• 79.0m of 1.28 g/t Au from 27.0m, including:
• 2.0m of 8.61 g/t Au from 27.0m
• 32.3m of 1.73 g/t Au from 42.7m, including 16.25m of 2.95 g/t Au
• 22.0m of 1.19 g/t Au from 84.0m, including 10.0m of 2.13 g/t Au
Hole MMD-24-134 also extended mineralization above the known resource:
• 21.85m of 0.66 g/t Au from 4.5m, including 7.75m of 1.36 g/t Au
• 12.0m of 0.90 g/t Au from 137.0m
These results suggest significant potential to convert volumes currently modelled as waste into mineable material, potentially reducing the strip ratio of the deposit.
Goldshore is focusing on high-priority targets, including the muskeg-covered northern portion of the QES Zone and areas under Snodgrass Lake, where limited historical drilling has been conducted. Both areas have potential to uncover additional shear-hosted gold mineralization within the conceptual open pit, further increasing the resource base.
The Moss Gold Project, located in Ontario with direct Trans-Canada Highway access, hydroelectric power nearby, and supportive local communities, remains a cornerstone asset for Goldshore. To date, the company has invested over $60 million and completed approximately 80,000 meters of drilling at the project, which has seen more than 235,000 meters of drilling in total.
The 2024 NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate outlines 1.54 million ounces of Indicated gold resources at 1.23 g/t Au and 5.20 million ounces of Inferred gold resources at 1.11 g/t Au.
