Imagine Lithium Reports Fall 2024 Drill Results and New Pegmatite Discovery at Jackpot

Jan 15, 2025

Imagine Lithium has announced the results of its fall 2024 diamond drill program and field season at the Jackpot Lithium Project in Ontario’s Georgia Lake Pegmatite Field. The campaign included the discovery of a significant new lithium pegmatite dike, extending the 500 Zone north of the Casino Royale Zone.

Exploration Highlights

Casino Royale Zone:

1.08% Li₂O over 11.50 m from 64.70 m in drill hole JP-24-42, including 1.46% Li₂O over 8.00 m.

0.81% Li₂O over 8.80 m from 103.00 m in the same hole, including 1.14% Li₂O over 5.05 m.

New Discovery – 500 Zone Extension:

1.61% Li₂O over 7.80 m from channel sample CH24-01.

• Surface grab samples grading 1.96% Li₂O and 2.08% Li₂O, outlining an east-west spodumene pegmatite dike exposed over 480 m.

Expanding the Jackpot Lithium Project

“The fall drill program at Casino Royale and the discovery of a new spodumene pegmatite extension highlight the growth potential at Jackpot,” said J.C. St-Amour, president of Imagine Lithium. “Imagine is well-positioned to expand our existing 3.1 Mt Indicated and 5.3 Mt Inferred Mineral Resource inventory at Jackpot. With infrastructure nearby and access to a skilled workforce, this project is poised to become Ontario’s first lithium deposit to enter production.”

The 2024 field season, encompassing geological mapping, prospecting, and sampling, revealed new pegmatite targets across the property. Key activities included:

• Mapping of 2,100 ha, with 127 grab samples collected.

• Soil and biogeochemical surveys with 908 soil samples and 499 spruce tip samples analyzed.
