Amex hits high-grade at Perron's Gratien Zone

Mar 28, 2024

"The Gratien Zone is open in all directions and is kilometric in strike," said Executive Chairman Jacques Trottier. "This previously untested western extension of the Gratien Zone is providing some of the best mineralization we have encountered across the Perron property. The results have opened up a large new area for rapid expansion and we have deployed three drills to this target. The amount of visible gold mineralization observed in hole PEG-24-742 is similar to what we typically see in the High-Grade Zone (HGZ)."

Amex Exploration Inc. announced a significant gold discovery on the Gratien Zone of the Perron Project in Quebec, marking the highest-grade gold composite found in this area to date. The intercept of 76.69 g/t Au over 3.50 m was discovered in the western extension of Gratien, highlighting the zone's vast exploration potential. This discovery follows up on previous high-grade results and expands the known mineralization within the Gratien Gold Zone. Drilling results include notable intercepts from multiple drill holes, showcasing high-grade gold along with visible gold mineralization. These findings underscore the Gratien Zone's kilometric strike and potential for further expansion, prompting the deployment of additional drills to explore this new high-grade extension.
