O3 Mining Inc. has qualified to trade on the OTCQX® Best Market, a top-tier public market in the United States, and its common shares are now trading on the OTCQX under the ticker symbol "OQMGF".
O3 Mining, which forms part of the Osisko Group of companies, is a mine development and emerging consolidator of exploration properties in prospective gold camps in Canada - focused on projects in Québec and Ontario – with a goal of becoming a multi-million ounce, high-growth company.
The Corporation will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture ("TSX.V") in Canada, as its primary listing under the symbol "OIII".
