Sienna Resources Completes Drilling at Case Lake Project

Mar 20, 2025

Sienna Resources has wrapped up a three-hole diamond drilling program at its 100%-owned Case Lake Project, located 80 km east of Cochrane, Ontario. The campaign, totaling 1,026 meters, intersected significant sulphide mineralization, including disseminated, semi-massive, and massive intervals within strongly sheared intermediate volcanic successions. Mineralization was observed within regions of recrystallized gabbro and metasedimentary rocks, though assay results are pending.

"We are pleased that the drilling was completed on time and on budget," said Jason Gigliotti, President of Sienna Resources. "I want to thank all involved for the great work. Based on what we have seen in the core, we are optimistic about the results and look forward to receiving full assays to determine the next course of action. We expect results back in two to six weeks."

Sienna has expanded its land position significantly, increasing its "Stonesthrow Gold Project" to approximately 31,718 contiguous acres of gold-prospective terrain. The company has also acquired the 7,850-acre "Case Lake West Project" in Ontario’s Larder Lake Mining Division, approximately 100 km north of Kirkland Lake.

Beyond its Ontario holdings, Sienna continues to grow its uranium and lithium assets. The company recently acquired the 10,357-acre "Uranium Town Project," adjacent to Denison Mines, and expanded the "Dragon Uranium Project" to 23,134 contiguous acres bordering Cameco Corporation. Additionally, Sienna holds the 55,440-acre "Atomic Uranium Project" in Saskatchewan’s renowned Athabasca Basin, home to some of the world’s highest-grade uranium deposits.

Sienna is also one of the larger landholders in Clayton Valley, Nevada, where it controls multiple lithium projects, including the Blue Clay Lithium Project, the Silver Peak South Project, and the Clayton Valley Deep Basin Lithium Project. These properties are in proximity to Albemarle Corp's Silver Peak lithium operation, North America's only lithium-producing mine. The Blue Clay Lithium Project is also near Tesla's Gigafactory.

The company’s Elko Lithium Project in Nevada spans approximately 1,830 contiguous acres bordering Surge Battery Metals' Nevada North Lithium Project, which recently announced the highest-grade lithium deposit in the United States.

Management cautions that past discoveries on properties adjacent to Sienna’s holdings do not necessarily indicate the presence of mineralization on its properties.
