Francis Perrier: General Manager
Francis has been working in the Mining/Exploration industry for the past 20 years. His experience and contacts during that time enables him to effectively manage TECH Directional in a manner that will have them continue as an industry leader.

Debbie Perrier: Office Manager
Debbie graduated Keyin College with honors in 2006 with a Business Management diploma. She oversees all aspects of Accounting, Payroll and Clerical duties for TECH Directional Services.

George Small: Business Manager
George has been employed in the mining/exploration & engineering industries for over 30 years. He has held many positions from Directional Drilling and Surveying Technician to Project Management. His vast experience makes him a key component of TECH Directional and the perfect person for this uniquely challenging position.

Randy Nicholls: Projects Manager
Randy was first employed with TECH Directional at start up in 2007 as a Senior Technician then promoted to Field Supervisor in 2009. For the past five years he has been closely involved with some of the more complicated and challenging projects TECH has done to date. As Projects Manager he will provide support to our crews and clients, as well as planning and starting our new projects.

Paul Skeard: Senior Technician.
Paul has extensive experience with down hole Geophysical Surveys. In 2000 he began work in the Field of Directional Drilling and since then has worked on many local and International projects utilizing a number of different directional and surveying tools.

Dwayne Pinsent: Senior Technician
Dwayne is a journeyman machinist with 10 years experience in the field. This knowledge is valuable when working with high precision tools such as the Devidrill and Gyro systems. Dwayne has been employed in the field of Directional Drilling since 2007.

Michael Brennan: Senior Technician
Michael started in the field of Directional Drilling in 2007. As a result of his excellent work ethic and training alongside of our more experienced Technicians he has progressed quickly in his knowledge and understanding of directional drilling programs.

Justin Pardy: Senior Technician
Justin began working in the industry employed as a Diamond Driller’s Helper for approximately one year before coming to work with TECH Directional in 2008. Since that time he has been employed fulltime and is now providing training to new employees as part of his Senior Technician’s duties.

Alex Regular: Directional Technician
Alex has been steadily employed with TECH Directional since August of 2009 and has quickly progressed into a very knowledgeable hard working directional technician. His progress has enabled him to be assigned to high profile and demanding projects.

David Peters: Directional Technician
David has been employed with TECH Directional since May of 2010. He has shown a keen interest and understanding when solving in hole problems at the drill site. This interest will enable David to quickly advance in his capabilities.

Thomas Tracey: Directional Technician
Thomas has been employed with TECH Directional since 2008. Since then he has worked on almost all of TECH’s projects within Canada, therefore he has gained valuable experience in different drilling conditions. His experience with many different surveying equipment also makes him a great asset to any project he is part of.

Larry Dyer: Directional Technician
Larry has been with TECH Directional since the beginning of 2011. He has been involved with many projects in his short career with the company. Working closely with some of our senior Technicians, he has been able to gain substantial knowledge in the Directional field. This allows him to be a crucial member of any program.

Requirements: High School Diploma, basic knowledge of computers and programs, a mechanical inclination, valid Driver’s license, valid Standard First Aid Certificate, positive work Attitude.
