The S.A.F.E. Co. adventure in the storage business was born from experiencing storage issues on a personal level. When faced with the problem of needing storage space, the expense and restrictions were overwhelming. The S.A.F.E. Co. owner, John Smith, knew that there had to be a better way. When he looked at the aging population and the upswing in condo and apartment living, he realized that portable storage was going to be a booming sector in the years to come. From that point on John knew he needed to enter the storage business, and The Store-Anything-Fast-Easy (S.A.F.E.) Company was born.

 
An Idea is Born
 
After The S.A.F.E. Co. had been in the storage business for a few years, John realized he was once again at maximum capacity. Looking for alternatives in the emerging portable storage market, John needed to do something to grow the business before being pushed out. He started by looking for containers to buy, and quickly found that there were little to no options available. Essentially no one would sell containers unless a businessman would buy a franchise. After spending about a year looking for alternatives, John found the right product from Cover-Tech, Inc., an exclusive distributor of BOS (Best of Steel) Products in North America, which offers a complete line of quick-build containers. For the first time since starting the quest, John was thrilled.
 
BOS products are built in Germany and engineered using the highest quality materials with the newest techniques, resulting in the most innovative products for portable storage. The products are a complete line of quick-build—five minutes to construct with two people and no tools—flat-pack containers, sold worldwide since 1967. John quickly negotiated exclusive distribution for the USA and Canada.
 
In John’s words: “The greatest thing that ever happened to me, besides being blessed with my loving wife and family, was the decision to merge S.A.F.E. with the BOS product line.” As soon as S.A.F.E. opened its doors and the first order arrived, John knew he was on to something. People were amazed with the quality, ease of use and versatility of the containers.
 
All quick-build units are available in multiple sizes, from 45 square feet to over 300 square feet, with or without floors, connectable and stackable with a multitude of accessories.
