More than half of FNI common shares are held by institutional investors, and Resource Capital Funds (“RCF”) owns one third of the Company’s equity. RCF is supportive of the Company’s growth plans.
 
RCF is a private equity fund that invests exclusively in the mining sector across a diversified range of hard mineral commodities and various regions.
 
Founded in 1998, RCF is a long-term investor that pioneered the concept of a mining focus for private equity funds and has consistently invested in mining companies throughout market cycles.
 
RCF is currently investing its sixth fund, Resource Capital Fund VI L.P., with committed capital of $2.04 billion. The RCF principal office is in Denver, USA, with additional offices in Perth, Australia; New York (Long Island), USA; and Toronto, Canada.
