Tribunal Maintains Anti-Dumping Duty on Certain Whole Potatoes from the United States

Sep 9, 2015
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced the continuation of its September 2010 finding concerning the dumping of certain whole potatoes from the United States of America, for use or consumption in the province of British Columbia.

The Tribunal found that the dumping of those potatoes was likely to result in injury to Canadian producers.

Last April the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) had determined that the expiry of the findings would probably result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of the subject goods.

The CBSA will continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products.
