Our 2020 Vision

In 2011, we engaged our employees in a strategic planning process called 2020 Vision. Nearly 2,000 ideas to improve our operations and cut costs were generated by employees. From these ideas, we developed and implemented a strategic plan that has resulted in an anticipated mine life extension to 2020/2021.

 

As we move toward 2020/2021, we are guided by our Kidd Definition of Purpose:
