Mr. McEwen has been associated with the gold industry for four decades. His career began in the investment industry, and then in 1990 he stepped into the mining sector. Rob is the founder of Goldcorp Inc., where he took the company from a market capitalization of $50 million to over $8 billion. Rob is currently the Chairman, CEO and largest shareholder of McEwen Mining Inc., exploring for gold, silver, copper, in Canada, USA, Mexico and Argentina.

Allen V. Ambrose
Director
Mr. Ambrose has nearly three decades of experience in the mining industry, including work with large companies as well as junior exploration companies. He has been a director of Minera Andes since November 1995. Mr. Ambrose has extensive experience in all phases of exploration, project evaluation and project management, and has worked as a geologic consultant in the U.S., Venezuela, and Argentina. As a consultant, he was a co-discoverer of a Venezuelan auriferous massive sulfide deposit acquired by Gold Reserve Corporation, and known generally as the Brisas deposit. He formerly was employed as exploration manager for N.A. Degerstrom Inc., a U.S. contract mining company, and has worked as a geologist for Cyprus Minerals, Kidd Creek Mines, Molycorp, Boise Cascade and Dennison Mines. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology from Eastern Washington University.
Michele L. Ashby

Ms. Ashby is a serial entrepreneur, independent corporate director, author and the Founder of the Denver Gold Group, an international trade association for the mining industry which she ran from 1988 to 2005. Ms. Ashby is currently an executive business consultant, gold expert and financial coach. From 2005 through 2013, she was Chief Executive Officer and owner of MINE LLC , a Colorado limited liability company organized to promote natural resource, oil & gas and clean tech companies to the investment community through private investor forums globally. In that capacity, she developed marketed and organized private forums for investors, bankers, and resource company executives. She also founded Dani’s Foundation, a non-profit 501-c-3 organization in 1999 in memory of her daughter. Under Ms. Ashby’s leadership from 1999 to 2014, Dani’s Foundation raised and distributed over $1M for pediatric cancer research which resulted in more than two clinical trials in the US for Ewing’s Sarcoma. From 1987 to 1995, Ms. Ashby was a stockbroker and mining analyst in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Leanne M. Baker
Director
Dr. Baker has been a consultant to the mining and financial services industries since 2002, and served as President & CEO of Sutter Gold Mining Inc. from November 2011-June 2013. She was an equity research analyst (and promoted to managing director) at Salomon Smith Barney from 1990 to 2001, where she helped build a research and investment banking franchise in the metals and mining sectors. Dr. Baker is a director of Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. (TSX and NYSE), Reunion Gold Corporation (TSX-V) and Sutter Gold Mining Inc. (TSX-V). Dr. Baker has an M.S. and a Ph.D. in mineral economics from Colorado School of Mines.
Richard W. Brissenden

Mr. Brissenden is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration sector. He serves as a director for several mining companies, including Canuc Resources Corporation, Excellon Resources Inc., Corona Gold Corporation, Lexam VG Gold and Valdez Gold. He formerly served as a board member of Metco Resources and Hudbay Minerals Inc., among others.
Robin Dunbar

Mr. Dunbar is a director and President and CEO of Mustang Minerals Corp. which is developing a nickel deposit in Manitoba, Canada (TSXV: MUM). Mr. Dunbar is the former Chief Financial Officer and director of Aquila Resources Inc. (TSX: AQA). Mr. Dunbar holds an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University.
Gregory P. Fauquier

Mr. Fauquier is a mining engineer with a broad range of management skills covering both mine and process operations, as well as development, together with experience in both open pit and underground operations. Mr. Fauquier is currently employed as the Global Managing Director for Hatch Ltd. (2002 - present), a consulting engineering and project implementation company, where he is responsible for mining and mineral processing, as well as the operational services. Prior to his employment at Hatch Ltd., Mr. Fauquier was the Senior Vice President of Barrick Gold Corporation where he was responsible for the U.S. and Peruvian operations. Mr. Fauquier holds a B.Sc. Mining from Queen's University.
Michael L. Stein
Director
Mr. Stein is the founder, Chairman and CEO of the MPI Group, a property development and investment group with a track record in incubating, investing in, and managing successful companies. Between 1978 and 1987, Mr. Stein held progressively senior positions with the Mortgage Insurance Company of Canada, ultimately holding the position of Executive Vice-President responsible for operations. Mr. Stein is the founding CEO and Chairman of CAPREIT, Canada's first TSX listed apartment REIT, where he continues to serve as Chairman. He currently serves as a director of First Service Corporation (TSX), chairman of Cliffside Capital Ltd. (TSX-V) and previously served as a director of CSA Management and Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Stein is a graduate engineer and has an MBA in finance and international business from Columbia University.
Dr. Donald R.M. Quick

Dr. Quick served as a Goldcorp director from 2000 to 2006, and previously was a director for CSA Management, which he helped successfully merge with Goldcorp in 2000. As a director of Goldcorp, he was involved with three successful mining industry mergers including Goldcorp’s $2.6 billion merger with Wheaton River Gold; the combined Goldcorp/Barrick Gold Corp. acquisition of placer Dome Inc.; and the $8.6 billion acquisition of Glamis Gold Inc. by Goldcorp. The latter two transactions were the largest gold mining deals in Canadian history. Dr Quick is presently an active trader in the futures market.
