Customer Service Representative (6-month contract – Surrey, BC)

- Handle customer inquiries & addressing questions/ issues relating to orders, products and services, representing the OK Tire brand in the highest regard
- Engage in online customer communications & offer customer support in real time over the phone & via live chat
- Monitor all e-Commerce orders across various platforms to ensure timely fulfilment and troubleshoot delivery related issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Share real time customer insights back to help & support decision making
- Collaborate with various departments internally like operations, sales and marketing
- Post-secondary education or higher
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital CRM, customer service or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-Commerce
- Fully bilingual in English & French (spoken & written)
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Computer savviness, ability to learn new software platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and quick learner
Working as part of the Vehicle Service’s Team you will be responsible for a variety of duties relating to the repair and maintenance of vehicle’s.
As a key member of the finance team, this position is responsible for supervising a team of people ensuring that all invoices are entered and processed accurately and on time, while maintaining and completing multiple other financial related tasks.
This new position will be part of a 4-person team that answers incoming calls from our Dealers regarding product availability, product application, delivery/shipment questions, PLUS – handles e-Comm inquires direct from consumers.

Working closely with the Distribution Manager and Regional Manager you will be an active contributor to the team by coordinating and managing a variety of tasks in the shipping office.
