Job Description
 
Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services and Systems division is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
 
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the Western Ontario Field Services Group.

In this function you will:
 
• Supply insurance certificates or order documents required.
• Enter orders and costs in Oracle system for all jobs. (Oracle 11i, Oracle R12)
• Initiate billing in Oracle and insure all costs and time are accounted for in the job.
• Manage work in progress report and AR reports.
• Work with customers with Accounts Receivable issues to collect payment.
• Open supplier accounts in Eaton System.
• Manage supplier invoicing issues, work with IT to resolve issues.
• Assign purchase orders to correct projects, insure costs hit projects accordingly.
• Shop for best pricing on office and shop supplies.
• Create all shipping documents and packing slips.
• Request export paperwork from Eaton customs group by filing out proper documentation.
• Send all customs paperwork from imports from the USA or elsewhere to Eaton customs group.
• Obtain and maintain list of products inventoried to facilitate ordering of products required.

Qualifications
 
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
 
• Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a high-volume administration function.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• No relocation provided – candidate must reside within 80km of the Kitchener, ON site.
 
Preferred qualifications:
 
• Knowledge of Oracle 11i
• University diploma in Business Administration or Finance
• Background in purchasing, bookkeeping

• Knowledgeable in order entry and time entry software systems Must leverage resources and relationships within the division, other Eaton Electrical business units, and customers in order to achieve success
• Ability to understand profit and loss statements including margins, costing, sales, materials, labor, inventory and absorption.
• Ability to complete all tasks with limited involvement and direction from DOC Manager

Administrative Coordinator

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the Western Ontario Field Services Group.

Paint Line Operator

Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for manually and automatically painting produced parts using the powder coating paint system based at our Airdrie, AB facility.

IPA Specialist

The primary purpose of the IPA Specialist position is the end-to-end project management for the construction of the electrical control building(E-House), as well as site supervision to the installation and configuration of the equipment.
