- Order Desk is responsible for all incoming phone calls and diverts them as necessary
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships. Receive and process incoming orders in a timely manner via phone, fax & emails
- Prepare quotations in a timely manner and follow up with customers on quotations
- Receive purchase orders from customers, verify order quantities, price, and client’s expectation date
- Conversion of quotations into orders for processing
- Product Selection - selection of appropriate product for an order based on customers / engineer specifications and researching customers historical data
- Coordinate order process with different department such as warehouse, field service and logistics, ensure all orders are shipped or inform the clients promptly for any delays
- Coordinate resolutions for customer concerns and issues. Escalate to senior management when needed
- Relay quote & order information to field splicing manager and outside sales representatives
- Prepare and send customers and outside sales representatives product samples and catalogs
- Liaison with Outside Sales representative including collaboration on customer follow-up calls, reviews of calls, review of call plans and call report, and other important sales cycle tasks
- Ensure all proper paperwork is completed, costing and pricing is accurate, and respond to question from Accounting/Logistics with regards to inventory adjustment
- Coordinate with field splicing manager regarding field job scheduling, and breakdown work
- Continuous assistance in adding and updating contact info in company CRM software
- Other tasks as required by management from time to time
- Post-secondary education or equivalent Inside Sales work experience
- Customer Service experience and basic mechanical aptitude
- Technical sales experience is an advantage
- Bilingual (English & French) is required
- A strong aptitude for working with numbers and quantities
- Strong working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., Sage) a strong asset
- Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of customers, identify customers' needs and sales opportunities

The Fabrication/Warehouse Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks within and possibly outside the warehouse.
The individual will be responsible for scheduling regular maintenance for various facility systems, overseeing the continues improvement of the maintenance process and executing long-term preventative maintenance plan.

As our branch Manager, you will lead other branch technicians to perform service works at customer sites, which includes but not limited to installation and vulcanization of conveyor belts, lagging of pulleys, installation of repair fasters and so on.
