Assistant Brand Manager - Merchandising

- Collaborate with key accounts, graphics department and vendors to develop merchandising solutions, marketing collaterals and concept renderings for quarterly promotional displays, POG Resets, New Launches and Product Transitions
- Work closely with key customers to effectively communicate brand message through in-store merchandising and marketing activities
- Develop a consistent communication and work flow process with approved vendors and the US teams on innovative merchandising solutions, fixtures and POP design to ensure Milwaukee delivers best-in-class merchandising solutions in the Industry
- Support the Brand Manager in developing unique POP, creative and fixture requirements for all in-store activities to drive awareness for the Brand, New Product Innovation and System Messaging
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to best leverage resources to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
- Manage the development, planning, production and inventory of in-store signage, quarter pallet/half pallet displays and other merchandising and branding requirements
- Monitoring competitive activity and merchandising trends and solutions in the market
- A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail
- Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability
- Collaborate with teams and have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills

- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Branding or Merchandising
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing or other relevant field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical and curious to understand market, consumer and customer insights
- Can translate business goals into action plans and develops contingency plan

The Assistant Brand Manager - Merchandising is responsible for working hand-in-hand with Brand Managers and Account Managers to execute brand activities and merchandising initiatives for the Industrial Channel (IC) and the Home Depot to create awareness and generate demand for the Milwaukee brand while delivering profitable growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premier product lines through in-aisle interaction, product demonstration, events, and merchandising with the Home Depot - Canada's largest home improvement retailer.
The successful candidate will assist the Assistant Warehouse Supervisor with all aspects of the returns process, including verification of returns versus the RGA, crediting the customer, and shipping the consolidated returns to the US.
