Cortez Metallurgical Technician

- Perform routine sampling, metallurgical lab test work, and data entry/analysis. Lab tests include, but are not limited to, cyanide leach tests, carbon quality control testing, core density tests, plant sampling, solution analysis, sample preparation, particle size analysis, and plant inventory sampling
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Two (2) years’ experience in a metallurgical lab preferred
- Proven safety record and ability to support work group in attainment of safety, environmental, equipment protection, and production goals required
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds at knee height required
- Ability to read and interpret work orders required
- Ability to work in a team orientated environment with others required
- Ability to perform the essential functions of this position required
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Proficiency with LabWare Lab Information Management System (LIMS) preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to perform the essential functions of this position required
- Drivers License preferred

The Surveyor is accountable for supporting the Williams U/G by planning ahead and providing operations with direction and prints in all active headings.
As a member of the Technical Services and Mineral Resource Management team, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Mine Geologist and work either an 8:6 roster resident in town, or a 14:14 roster with camp accommodation and meals provided in a camp type environment.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and they will be responsible leading the Supply Chain function for the mine site.
The Temporary Journeyman Shift Electrician is accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electrician is responsible for maintaining all surface and underground electrical systems in accordance to Company Standards, Ontario Hydro standards, Electrical Code, CSA standards and Federal, Provincial, and Company Safety regulations.
The Underground Project Engineer is Responsible for generating all UG projects documentation and coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects and ensure effective communication and coordination between all project participants.
Reporting to the Planning Superintendent, the Mid-Term Planner is responsible for all mid-term mine planning activities.
Reporting to the Core Technician Coordinator, your primary duty will be to provide support in maintaining continuous operation of logging activities.
