Carlin Open Pit Maintenance General Supervisor

- Lead the safe execution of maintenance activities for various types of equipment (fixed and/or mobile)
- Support the objectives of mine maintenance with the Maintenance Superintendent
- Supervise the maintenance supervisors and planning of their career development
- Ensure that all maintenance service activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to protect the employees and assets of the company
- Participate in maintenance planning processes
- Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met
- Coordinate company policies and procedures
- Support operational objectives by minimizing risks and improving value. focusing on cost management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum ten (10) years of verifiable and related maintenance experience required
- Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Experience in a planned maintenance environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required
- Professional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing required
- Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing others required
- Performance of the crucial job functions required
- Team based work skills required
- Proficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), required
- Valid driver’s license, required
- Dedication to developing and maintaining a safe work culture, required
- Able to drive manual transmission mine tractor and other company vehicles (vans and trucks), required

The Surveyor is accountable for supporting the Williams U/G by planning ahead and providing operations with direction and prints in all active headings.
As a member of the Technical Services and Mineral Resource Management team, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Mine Geologist and work either an 8:6 roster resident in town, or a 14:14 roster with camp accommodation and meals provided in a camp type environment.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and they will be responsible leading the Supply Chain function for the mine site.
The Temporary Journeyman Shift Electrician is accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electrician is responsible for maintaining all surface and underground electrical systems in accordance to Company Standards, Ontario Hydro standards, Electrical Code, CSA standards and Federal, Provincial, and Company Safety regulations.
The Underground Project Engineer is Responsible for generating all UG projects documentation and coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects and ensure effective communication and coordination between all project participants.
Reporting to the Planning Superintendent, the Mid-Term Planner is responsible for all mid-term mine planning activities.
Reporting to the Core Technician Coordinator, your primary duty will be to provide support in maintaining continuous operation of logging activities.
