Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our Edmonton, AB branch is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys interacting with people, and likes working in a team environment. We’re open to anyone who is a problem solver, eager to learn, and has the desire to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor overdue client accounts;
- Contact clients to arrange payment or payment plans;
- Apply incoming payments to corresponding accounts receivable including cash receipts, credit card payments and online cash payments;
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable, WIP and billing as required; and Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Team Lead.
- Perform general office duties
- Costing and budgeting
- Invoice clients
- Manage accounts receivable

Requirements:
- Previous experience with ERP systems such as Sage 500 a strong asset
- Experience with client invoicing systems – SAP / Cortex / Open Invoice / CNRL LEM System / PAGERO / Ariba
- Attention to detail
- Able to work within defined deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be effective and prioritize and meet deadlines; and
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team player with excellent client service
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced receivables environment

Our Kamloops, BC branch is currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Inside Sales Representative.
Conveyor Belt Technician - Will Train
- Perform in-field belting services at customer sites. Interact with customers and represent Belterra in a professional manner.
- Handle any arising customer issues on site and advise all relevant branch personnel.
Conveyor Technician
- Perform in-field installation, repair and preventative maintenance services on conveyor and material handling systems
- Shop and field work including installations, maintanaince and rebuilds of components, rubber lining, pulley rebuilds, light fabrication/welding

The position consists of the installation of belts and other conveyor components at customer’s site.
