- Strategic Territory Management, including identifyng potential target end-users & prioritizing accounts and opportunities to produce the best results using a focused “pull-thru” sales strategy.
- Relationship Management, including building strong relationships with distributor partners at multiple levels within the account, such as sales people, sales managers, and key decision makers.
- Value Selling, including conducting research as part of the pre-call planning process to identify key decision makers & influencers, and to anticipate customer needs.
- Distributor Management, including visits to key distributors annually to establish sales, market and product objectives as part of the annual planning process.
- Sales Administration, including effectively utilizing all tools provided such as CRM, e-mail, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software, etc. and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
- BA in management-related discipline from an accredited university and/or four plus years of job-related experience in similar position.
- A college major in Marketing or Management is also acceptable.
- 4 or more years of sales and/or marketing experience in the mining or oil and gas industries.
- Safety industry experience would be an asset, however candidates with strong experience in alternate product lines or services to the mining and/or oil and Gas industries will also be considered.
- Candidates should be skilled in value selling skills and territory management.
- Must also be competent in managing a distributor network and in developing sales strategies for their territory including direct business development with the end user.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Most work will be done with independent distributors at industrial and municipal sites.
- There will be travel by vehicle or plane to customer locations, which will involve routine traffic hazards.
- The candidate must reside within the territory.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Process Innovation, the Business Analyst is responsible to lead, manage and execute a variety of basic to moderately complex projects in the functional area, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
The Regional Sales Manager, Safety is responsible for generating profitable sales equal to or greater than our annual sales goals/commitments, while satisfying the needs of our customers better than our competition.
The Clinical Specialist (CS), assists in planning and conducting customer in-services and implementations.
Reporting to the Service Support Supervisor, the Bilingual Service Coordinator – Service Contracts reviews existing service contracts in SAP and verifies accuracy of details.
Reporting to the Service Support Supervisor, the Bi-lingual Service Coordinator provides support to the Service Operations team for in-house service activities, field service activities, factory repairs, service billings, generating supporting reports, and updating master records, among other possible tasks.
