Job Functions/ Duties (may be assigned other duties by management)
 
  • Ensure HSE compliance of all operations  by overseeing Engineering Controls, Administrative and Personal Protective Equipment requirements through company safety policies, standards and procedures, as well as, communicating and enforcing Federal, State, and local governmental regulations, i.e. EPA, OSHA, , DOT, NFPA, etc.
  • Implement and maintain company HSE documents adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
  • Complete and submit all mandatory regulatory reporting per federal, state or local requirements
  • Development and implementation of improved HSE Engineering, administrative and operational standards and procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise on various HSE programs for the business.
  • Strong knowledge of high-risk safety topics, such as: LOTO, overhead cranes, powered industrial trucks, HAZCOM, etc.
  • Conduct and/or assist with risk assessments (HAZOP / HAZID, HRAs, JSA, etc…).
  • Understand the components of the HSE Management Systems per ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018; maintains accurate data in accordance with applicable record retention requirements.
  • Prepare recommendations on findings for management evaluation and correction.
  • Negotiate contracts with equipment and safety material suppliers
  • Oversight of the contractor safety, including annual audits/inspections.
  • Leads the process for ensuring proper updates and company compliance visibility in ISNetworld and other Vendor electronic process evaluation forms/databases.
  • Have a thorough understanding of environmental regulations as they pertain to RCRA, stormwater, air quality and SPCC
  • Remain current on safety and environmental laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee safety observation programs, site safety committees and other safety related programs that promote communication and correction of dangerous acts or conditions.
  • Develop HSE training plans and programs.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training courses.
  • Respond to customer requests and manage customer focus groups.
  • Works with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, policies and regulations.
  • Leads the development of audit programs and leads audits.
  • Lead and develop mentoring programs.
  • Conduct and/or assist with incident investigations.
  • Compile and analyze HSE statistics, incident reports and issue monthly reports.
  • Assist in developing corrective actions to address negative trends.
  • Advise in the selection of leading indicators and statistical data for company focus.
  • May be required to travel to other company locations, and to attend seminars and conferences to remain up-to-date on safety and environmental laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. 
  • Actively promote the safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action.
 
Qualifications/Education Requirements
 
  • Knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulations is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret policies, programs and regulations.
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases. 
  • Good communication and analytical skills, both orally and in writing. 
  • Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills. 
  • 5 or more years of experience as an HSE professional is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety and Environmental disciplines or degree in another field may be considered with an additional two years of professional experience.
  • Professional certification in HSE is preferred (i.e. ASP, CSP, OHST, etc.).
 
Working Conditions
 
  • Normal office environment.
  • Manufacturing/Service Center environment – exposure to operations environment during the course of normal job duties
  • Field Service/Customer Locations (well sites), etc… – exposure to operations environment during the course of normal job duties.
  • Required to routinely move about the facility, and visit customer locations, as well as other company locations.
  • Occasional travel is required.
  • 24 hour, On-Call availability is required.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including but not limited to eye and hearing protection, hardhat and safety shoes while in shop environment, additionally, FR clothing will be required in the field.
  • Often times must climb stairs and walk over surfaces of varying terrain.
  • Must be able to perform duties in all types of weather.
  • This is a safety sensitive position.

  • Spools cable onto reel as the tubing is being pulled out of the well.
  • Bands cable onto tubing as the down unit and tubing are being run into the well.
  • Maintain cable service truck and trailer; perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Test Automation Engineer

Support activities concerned with the design, programming and installation of electrically submersible pump test systems in all new and existing Borets’ Service Centers outside the Russian market.

Manager Field Service Quality & Training
  • Develop a schedule of F/S audits and perform them.
  • Develop and implement a training course for F/S technicians individually based on audit results.
  • Develop and implement calibration schedule for tools and F/S equipment.
Spooler/Bander

Supervisor, Windchill CAD

Manage international (non-Russian) Windchill documentation system including the management of member, groups, roles and the many data types that make up the whole of the international organization’s documentation needs. 

Surveillance Engineer
  • Learns, and understands client field production goals and strategies.
  • Monitor applicable wells via remote monitoring software (or client’s monitoring system).
  • Identify, diagnose and communicates events to both client and internal Borets organizations
Sales Manager
  • Develop plans to achieve growth by specific customers through a combination of market intelligence, analytics, and customer intimacy.
  • Develop a business plan targeting specific markets and/or customers with product needs that align with Borets capabilities and implement targeted marketing efforts

  • Monitor applicable wells via remote monitoring software (or client’s monitoring system).
