What You Do:
 
  • Diagnose cause and malfunction of vehicles described on Workorder and performs repairs.
  • Communicate with service advisor if additional work is needed.
  • Document in detail, work performed on repairs.
  • Road test when required.
  • Participate in training as required.
  • Keep abreast of manufacturer bulletins.
  • Keep shop areas clean and safe.
  • Understand and comply with all federal, state and local regulations.
  • Other duties to meet business requirements.

What You Bring:
 
  • Graduation from a diesel/heavy truck tech program preferred
  • At least one OEM certification in process or completed preferred
  • At least three years of on the job experience as a heavy truck technician preferred
 
Licenses Required
 
  • Either an A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days
 
Physical demands
 
  • Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, work overhead
  • Lift to 70 pounds
  • Employee will be required to stand, walk, and sit
  • Employee will be regularly using arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull or squeeze and reach

Outside Parts Expert (Superior)

The OPE is tasked with generating and increasing retail parts sales to customers within their defined Area of Responsibility (AOR) and to all assigned customers.

The OPE is tasked with generating and increasing retail parts sales to customers within their defined Area of Responsibility (AOR) and to all assigned customers. 

Outside Parts Expert (Lauderdale)

The OPE is tasked with generating and increasing retail parts sales to customers within their defined Area of Responsibility (AOR) and to all assigned customers. 

Parts Manager (Rogers)

The Boyer Trucks Parts Manager supervises all aspects of the Parts Department to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while effectively maximizing a return on investment through parts sales, gross margins ratios, personnel development, inventory management, and expense control.
