- Diagnose cause and malfunction of vehicles described on Workorder and performs repairs.
- Communicate with service advisor if additional work is needed.
- Document in detail, work performed on repairs.
- Road test when required.
- Participate in training as required.
- Keep abreast of manufacturer bulletins.
- Keep shop areas clean and safe.
- Understand and comply with all federal, state and local regulations.

- Graduation from a diesel/heavy truck tech program preferred
- At least one OEM certification in process or completed preferred
- At least three years of on the job experience as a heavy truck technician preferred
- Either an A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, work overhead
- Lift to 70 pounds
- Employee will be required to stand, walk, and sit
- Employee will be regularly using arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull or squeeze and reach
