Electrical Motor Winder
Role: The winder proceeds to the manufacturing and installation of various winding on electromechanical equipments

Main responsibilities
• Manually remove damaged coils from motors;
• In stand up or bent position, replace internal wiring from damaged coils per appropriate winding technics;
• Insert the insulated paper and also the coil in the notch to insulate and prevent vibrations;
• Put the new coil in place, by pushing it inside the motor, to solidified it;
• Proceed to the data modifications (method and procedures) as authorized by the supervisor;
• Proceed to the various necessary tests with appropriate equipments and instruments;
• Respect all safety rules and use appropriate safety devices and equipments;
• Perform all others related tasks requested by the supervisor;
Skills and requirement
• Vocational studies in electromechanical or industrial mechanic field, or equivalent;
• 2 years of relevant work experience in an industrial sector;
• Electrical knowledge;
• AC and DC motors knowledge;
• Available;

Reporting to the team leader, the machinist operates various conventional machine-tools in order to build and repair different mechanical assemblies.
